Description:
Short description: In Russian (ask us if in doubt). The initiative to translate the Statute into Russian belonged to the Secretary of State, Alexander I P. A. Kikin. At the Emperor's behest, Eneholm's College Counselor undertook the project and in 1824 the Swedish Code of Laws was published. The basis for the Russian translation was the last official version of the Statute, which was printed in 1807 in Stockholm in two languages: German and Swedish. The Statute includes nine sections dealing with: marriage; inheritance; immovable estate; construction; commerce; crimes; penalties; penalties; and court proceedings. We have thousands of titles and often several copies of each title may be available. Please feel free to contact us for a detailed description of the copies available. SKUalb10f747d0393c020a
