Short description: In Russian (ask us if in doubt).He passed the examinations for the title of junior surveying assistant, and in 1876 he was added to the class 2 class. Stromilov diligently engaged in self-education, which was facilitated by natural intelligence and curiosity. In 1861-1862 he was a surveying officer for the Alexander County and engaged in surveying peasant affairs. In 1868-1872 he served as a peace mediator. In 1875 he was elected honorary justice of the peace for the Kalyazin County, and in 1877 he became a member of the Aleksandrovsky County Council. In 1878 he became a member of the provincial council, and since January 1889 he became leader of the nobility of Alexander County.
