Description: Short description: Noskov Vladimir Alexandrovich (1926-2007), artist, graphic artist. Member of the USSR Union of Journalists, Peoples Artist of the RSFSR (1986). Born in Evpatoria. Graduated from the Moscow Polygraphic Institute (1951), disciple of A. Goncharov. He worked as the chief artist of the publishing house of the Central Committee of the Young Guard, a member of the Graphics Bureau of the Moscow Organization of the RSFSR. Participant and laureate in all-Union and international exhibitions.
