It was called the Auxiliary Society of Merchant Clerks in Moscow. On January 9, 1863, the Societys Charter was approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Its main tasks were educational activities, improving the economic situation and living conditions of workers, providing assistance in cases of unemployment, death, illness, and disability. Bound in half-leather with a stylized cover design reminiscent of the era, with gold embossing on the spine. Stamps from the no longer existing Professional Union of employees in trade, industry, credit, and public institutions of Rostov, Nakhichevan-on-Don, and surrounding areas.
