Ten color plates as well as a decorated title plate depicting Nicholas II clad in the uniforms of the 10 regiments under his command, from the drawings by Hugo Karlovich Bacmansson (1860-1953). Limited edition - the following souvenir album was distributed to only to esteemed guests at the Coronation of Nicholas II and Alexandra Feodorovna. Enclosed in the publisher`s folder embossed with silver. Every plate captioned In Russian and French at bottom margins. The future Emperor, Nicholas II, from an early age was drawn to the military affairs: at the age of eight, Nicholas received the rank of ensign, and ten years later he took the military oath of allegiance to the emperor and Russia in the St. George Hall of the Winter Palace.
